Monitoring - We've released an update to resolve the issues with importing Intercom data. You should be able to import and add Intercom widgets now without any issues, but we'll continue monitoring the situation and update you shortly

Identified - We have identified some causes and also implemented a few fixes. You should be able to connect your Zendesk Support accounts and display data seamlessly now.

A small set of users may still be experiencing issues. In that case, please get in touch and we'll get it sorted right away!
