Our email provider, responsible for delivering dashboard snapshots, has resolved the issue that affected email deliveries that went out between 3:00 PM CT on Thursday, July 31, and 11:25 AM CT Friday, August 1. They have addressed the root cause of the issue, and all new messages are now being sent normally.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with email snapshot deliverability, where some dashboard snapshots are not being successfully delivered. We are working with our provider to mitigate the issue, and we will continue to post updates as we learn more.
